We have recently updated our claims payout system, which now features electronic payment disbursement for more secure, faster processing and disbursement of settlement funds (via debit card).
If required, paper checks may still be issued on an as-requested basis. Please note that for your security, paper checks will require additional approval and processing time, along with an accurate and complete mailing address for the party entitled to receive a claim settlement. Alaska Air Cargo is not responsible for any postal delays or lost/misdirected paper check disbursement as a result of selecting this option.
