Effective Wednesday, January 10, 2024: No new Animal Travel (AVI) shipments will be accepted through Monday, January 15, 2024. *Excludes Pocket Pets
Seattle (SEA), Portland (PDX): All existing Animal Travel (AVI) bookings to, from, or through both Seattle (SEA) and Portland (PDX) will be cancelled from Friday, January 12, through Sunday, January 14.
No customer action is needed. Our call center will be reaching out to rebook affected pets on a future flight.
